Supplementary petition lodged against constitutional appointments

KATHMANDU, July 20: A supplementary petition has been lodged at the Supreme Court (SC) challenging the appointments made in the at the of the Constitutional issuing by the KP Oli administration.

Advocate Om Prakash Aryal registered the supplementary petition on Monday naming the Office of the President, Office of the and Council of Ministers and others as the defendants seeking to remove appointed through the ordinances in different dates.
