Prohibitory order only in 58 districts

KATHMANDU: JULY 17 – According to the Home Ministry, the number of districts enforcing prohibitory orders has recently decreased. Only 58 districts prohibitory orders as of yet.

Even districts enforcing lockdown have gradually allowed people to engage in activities other than gathering.

However, Janakraj Dahal, a spokesperson for the Home Ministry, stated that the lockdown had not been relaxed, but that people’s activities had been eased where measures were required.

With the subsidence of the second wave of COVID-19 in recent weeks, people’s activities are gradually to normal. Last and May, the second wave took a heavy toll.

Likewise, the vehicles with a special purpose entering the federal capital do not pass onwards.
