PM Deuba and the US ambassador pay a visit to a center

On Monday, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and US to Randy Berry visited the vaccination center in Kupondole, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-1.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccines provided by the United States through the COVAX facility are being administered throughout the country as part of the vaccination program in an effort to control the -19 pandemic.

On the occasion, Lalitpur metropolis mayor Chiribabu Maharjan informed Prime Minister Deuba that plans have been made to administer the in all 9 wards of the city.

In the course of observing the various vaccination centers in the Kathmandu Valley today, Prime Minister Deuba inspected the vaccination center at Lalitpur Metropolitan City-1, one of the six local in Lalitpur district.

Mayor Maharjan was joined by deputy mayor Gita Satyal, the Chief District Officer of Lalitpur Dhundi Prasad Niraula, and the Chief of the District Health Office Lalitpur, Dr Khageshwor Gelal.
