Nepal Telecom has introduced the Lockdown Stay Connected offer to provide convenience to citizens in such difficult circumstances as the country battles the COVID19 pandemic with lockdown and restrictions in many areas. For a month, the company is offering an unlimited day data pack and a bonus on recharge. In Ntc, you can learn more about the Ntc Lockdown kit.
The Ntc lockdown stay connected offer will begin on Baishak 31, 2078 (May 14, 2021) and will last for one month. Last year, Ntc introduced the Stay Connected offer, which is still common among 4G users. Due to the worsening COVID situation this year, Nepal Telecom is attempting to provide affordable internet access for the day with this bundle. This should inspire people to remain in their current place.
NTC Lockdown stay connected offer?
As previously mentioned, the Ntc lockdown deal has two benefits: the first is an unlimited day data kit, and the second is a recharge bonus. The unlimited day data plan costs Rs 39 (taxes included) and has a data speed of 1 Mbps.
Since people are staying at home due to the restrictions, they can use this bundle for online entertainment, communication through chat/OTT apps, and work from home/online meetings. This is also appropriate for those who participate in online packages. Other packages, such as eShikshya and Happy Learning, have data volume limits for certain applications (plus all-app data), but this one has no such restrictions. However, the speed is often limited to 1 Mbps. The quality of some video streaming will be poor, but it should function in the majority of cases.
You can use the data package for 24 hours after you agree to the deal, but since it is a day package, the validity period is from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. As a result, data volume will be used up from other data packages or PayG for the time span outside this slot (5 am to 5 pm).
Ntc also added this bonus on MPoS recharges in addition to the unlimited day data pack (which is actually the digital means of recharge from several payment service providers like eSewa, Khalti, etc). The incentive applies to digital top-ups of more than Rs 200.
So, if you recharge your account with Rs 200 to Rs 499 through various payment services, you’ll get a 500 MB data bonus to use within two days. Similarly, a recharge of more than Rs 500 will give you 1GB of data to use within four days. The data volume can be used over the 4G network, according to Ntc. If your SIM has not been enabled for 4G, dial *444# to see if it is compatible. With 4G activation, you will also get some free Ntc data volume.
